All artwork, logos, graphics, photographs, texts, designs, and imagery on this website, as well as Sabrina Kaylor's social media accounts or other website's sharing Sabrina Kaylor Art with permission, and all physical original artworks, prints, graphics, and marketing pieces are the sole ownership of Sabrina Kaylor and Sabrina Kaylor Art, and are copyright by law. Reproduction or alteration of Sabrina Kaylor's work in any form is illegal. Reproduction of work and/or violation of these copyrights and/or trademarks will be pursued with legal action and fees.

 

How is my order shipped? How long will it take to receive them? 

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class, depending on your selection at checkout. I aim to ship all orders within 1-5 business days. Once shipped, you should receive your order in 1-3 days via Priority or 1-5 days via First Class.

Please note, I also work with another company to fulfill orders on select products: mugs, thermal tumblers, mousepads, bags, and tea towels. Their production time is typically 2-4 business days before shipping, however, the production timeline is currently 6-8 business days. This is due to Covid-19 and my printer practicing distancing & cleanliness. Safety is our priority!

Your order may ship in 2 separate packages. If your order is scheduled to ship in 2 packages, your order fulfillment emails will let you know which items have shipped, and the corresponding tracking numbers.

Can I pick up my order locally to avoid shipping costs?

Local pickup in the Atlanta area is currently. If this is something you would like to do, please email me for a FREE SHIPPING code and to arrange a pickup date and time.

What is your refund/return policy? 

Returns are only accepted for damaged items. If you have received an order that is damaged or broken, please send an email to artistsabrinakaylor@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item. The photo will be reviewed, and a refund or exchange will be issued. Customers will not be responsible for the additional shipping charges if your damaged item is eligible for a replacement. 

International orders? 

I am able to ship international orders! Please note that Sabrina Kaylor Art has no control over custom fees, and these fees vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all custom fees once package arrives. 

If a package is "Unclaimed" by customer and returned to Sabrina Kaylor Art, customer will be contacted via email. If customer wishes for Sabrina Kaylor Art to resend the package, shipping cost will be invoiced. Sabrina Kaylor Art is not responsible for unclaimed packages. 

Can I commission you to create a custom piece? 

Absolutely! I love working with clients to bring your design ideas to life, and enjoy taking on projects in many forms. You are welcome to fill out my contact form with your ideas, or can contact me directly via email, at artistsabrinakaylor@gmail.com

Can I get your artwork tattooed on myself?

If you admire one of my existing art pieces and would like to get it as a tattoo, I am so flattered! I ask that you please ask for permission first via email. I would also appreciate if you purchased a print of the work so your tattoo artist has a clear reference to work from.
