After graduating college with a degree in business and sales, working full time and living my life for other people, I had truly lost my sense of self and began to find things that I could do to simply bring joy to my day.

From there, I found an old bag of paint and paintbrushes that I had been toting with me since high school and decided to give painting a shot. From that night on, everything changed.

It felt so good to create something from nothing and every night after work I would come home and paint on my dining room table for hours. It was during this time that I spent about 8 hours one night painting and knew this was something I wouldn't just put down and never did.

I truly value the transformative qualities of visual art and appreciate its power to bring people together, inspire creativity and add happiness to the lives of people all over the world.

Inspired by the creation process, I use lots of texture, bright color, scale, shape, and dimension to explore my feelings regarding perspective, environment, emotions and the human condition. Driven by my desire to engage and connect with others with varying perspectives on a deep, intimate level, my artistry is unique, multilayered, multidimensional that pushes the traditional boundaries of abstract expression. My work has been featured in Voyage Atlanta, Pink Productions, and Atlanta Makers and my past shows and installations include showcases at Carroll Street Cafe, Hidden Reality, and Pancakes and Booze.
